A little bit of Headless history:
More than 3 years ago we made a teaser for what would be Headless´ first project “The strange case of dad´s missing head”. It was our first piece as Headless (hence the name of the studio) and we did it with much love and the help of our regulars Julien Bizat and Pablo Navarro.
That was more than 3 years ago! Oh boy, we suddenly got dizzy…
The project still moving around trying to find some finance and although we have really cool people involved and everyone seems to respond positively, these days is not obvious to produce a movie.
But it´s not time for tears now! It´s Christmas and we thought “what the heck!” it´s about time to blow the dust covering it and show it to the world as a sort of end of the year gift to all the nice people that write us to tell us amazing things and all the friends that support us.
Happy Christmas from the three Headless!
Wow. That looks positively amazing! That's a movie I would love to watch.
ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas, Headless :D

ReplyDeleteCongrats on the 3 years - I think that's a great achievement in itself considering how hard the industry is these days!
ReplyDeleteI so hope with all my heart that in 2012 you guys finally get to make a whole feature because if 2D wants to stick around, it's you who's gonna make it happen! (And hopefully by the time I graduate in June, I could take a test for a job! :P)
Merry Christmas and all the best for the New Year!

ReplyDeleteCan't wait to see this film, even if i know that won't be soon...
This is awesome work and it looks like it would be a fun story. You guys should start an indiegogo or kickstarter project
ReplyDeleteBrilliant brilliant brillianntt!!!! love it!
ReplyDeletestart a kickstarter so i can give you money!
ReplyDeleteDesde que vi Nocturna, estoy esperando sus nuevas producciones. Son Geniales.
ReplyDeleteAgree with Anon above. Depending on how much money you need to make this and the length of the film, a kickstarter campaign could get you the money you need to move forward. Then it should be an easy sell to get various tv networks to show it in a dead air time-slot or as a special.
ReplyDeleteWishing you guys all the best! I know this can be something special!
Literally cannot wait for more!!!!
ReplyDeleteTruly inspiring guys.
Amazing work. If you´re with finantial problems, why won´t you try to make a Kickstarter´s campaign to collect some donations? If you search on internet, you can find a lot of sites made for this. Good luck, and I hope to see this work completed soon!!
ReplyDeleteThere are so many ways to find financing these days through internet. Consider searching the help of all the people that are out there. The regular Joes . Kickstarter.com is awesome perspective really. You can be amazed what kind of ideas are receiving finances there.
ReplyDeleteit's so good - i would love to see more - the world needs more animation of this caliber.

ReplyDeleteI wish I could give you all the money, the work you do is so creative and innovative. It should be seeeeeeennnnn!!
ReplyDeleteLooks great! Wish it was out now.
ReplyDeleteThis is incredible! Did you guys ever decide to make the film? If not, you definitely should because you have some real talent and creative ideas here!
ReplyDeleteMy company, Maverick Boston, does video production in MA, and we would definitely love to get more involved with animated production like this. I love it because it's fun and appeals to a wide-range of international audiences, and audiences of all ages and demographics.
